The dehumidifier I have has an inner light which glows through the casing within the outlet vent. Despite taping over the light panel, this glow is still there. Does this model have a similar internal light?

The Meaco dehumidifier does indeed have a light on the digital display unit but it is green to ensure that it does not intefere with the plant's light cycle.

Can the lights on this be turned off 4 night time use as lights might affect the plants dark schedule

There is a light on the Meaco humidifier which does not have the option to switch off when your growing space is in the dark. We would advise you place a piece of tape over the light.
