Maxibright Daylight 660w Pro LED Grow Light
You Save: £133.49 (15%)
The 660w LED Grow Light from Maxibright is part of their new full spectrum range. They are extremely high output units that provide a superior LED lighting fixture that outperform HID time and time again, improving your final crop. These units offer full PAR spectrum, an even spread of light and high total output. The innovative fixture uses ladder design rather than lenses to evenly spread the light from individual chipsets over the unit’s footprint. This perfectly even spread avoids any issues with hotspots which in turn allow you to place them closer to the canopy, improving overall yield.
You will not be disappointed with the lightweight yet robust design of these lights. The design is easy for one person to assemble; clip-on bars and pre-installed fixing points make assembly, use and hanging easy.
The 660w grow light is exceptionally bright, easily dimmable (30% - 100%) and very robust; making the 660w model great for those new to LED technology. This light potentially rivals some 1000w HID units and easily outperforms all 600w HID lights. In terms of build quality, efficiency and value for money, it really is one of the best LED lights available today.
With a remarkable rating of 2.7 μmol per Watt and a total output of 1782 μmol/s, the full spectrum of light these lights deliver will encourage a vast amount of healthy growth with a bountiful harvest of fruits and flowers.
How to Use the Maxibright Daylight 660w Pro LED Grow Light
A major benefit when switching to LED light technology is the reduced amount of heat. The small amount of heat produced is via convection; this means it rises upwards and is easy to extract. Normally the heat is radiated down towards the plants. The design of the light is fanless and solid state, which allows silent operation and eliminates all risk of mechanical failure.
This unit contains 8 bars of extremely high efficiency Osram and LUMILED LED’s, making the 660w perfect for a 1.2m² area, however, it can be used in a 1.5m² area very effectively. This makes it a great match for following tents:
Where possible we always recommend using the taller ‘HL’ tents as this gives more flexibility in terms of how you can grow your plants as well as generally having that bit more space, which always helps. However, many growers choose to run two or more, side by side. In which case a larger tent will be required. Please check out our range of Grow Tents to find the perfect solution for your grow space.
You can control multiple units with the Maxibright Daylight Controller. This innovative control panel gives you a central point to automate switching, timing, dimming and stimulate sunrise and sunset periods. With this controller you will be able to connect up to 100 LED fixtures.
The Maxibright Daylight 660w LED is very easy to setup and use. With the simple plug and play application you can get set up and growing in a matter of seconds! It has been CE (health, safety and environmental standards), LVD (low voltage directive) and EMC/EMI (electromagnetic compatibility) certified. This product also comes with a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Why Choose LED?
The units boast a 50,000 hour lifespan and on a 12/12 cycle you can achieve over 13 years of use from these innovative units. You will not need to change a single lamp over this time. Unlike HPS lights, there is very little degradation overtime, this means that not only will you not have to physically change bulbs, but your diodes will still be producing near on the same output, year in, year out, just like they did when new and only degrading around 1-3% per year. LED solutions can potentially save 40% on electricity and studies indicate that LED-lit canopies can generate more yield per kWh. With studies showing growers using LED lighting may experience yield increases and changes in cannabinoid and terpene profiles, leading to more consistent medicinal product profiles from harvest to harvest. LEDs are very efficient, and the less wattage equals less heat into the space, allowing for potentially lower extraction loads and operating expense.
