Plant Magic Enzyme

Plant Magic Enzyme is designed to improve the overall health of the root zone. It contains a unique blend of enzymes that break down dead root matter and other organic material into a useable food source for your plants. This not only helps to keep the root zone clean and healthy with a greater resistance to diseases such as pythium but also improves nutrient uptake and growth rates. Thanks to it's unique formulation and unlike other products on the market, Plant Magic Enzyme is also useable in nutrient tanks that contain hydrogen peroxide.

How It Works

Enzymes are crucial for a vast number of processes in your plants. These substances are responsible for accelerating or causing reactions in living organisms. The enzymes contained in Plant Magic Enzyme work in a very similar way to those found in human body that help with digesting food! Once added to your tank or watering can and applied to the roots they quickly begin to get to work at breaking down organic matter. Left unchecked this matter can turn to mould or mildew or become and attractant for bacteria, all of which can lead to problems in the root-zone and subsequently the plant. Once the matter has been broken down it is turned into a food source for the plant to use. Furthermore the enzymes also help to breakdown the nutrients you feed your plants into 'digestible chunks', this process allows a far greater level of nutrient uptake and absorption that helps to improve growth rates and yields. For those that use sterilised tanks (the addition of hydrogen peroxide in the water), using enzyme products is usually impossible as the peroxide will attack and kill the enzyme as it's an organic compound. Fortunately the unique Plant Magic formula completely prevents this and allows you to use Enzyme without any issues!

How To Use Plant Magic Enzyme

Plant Magic Enzyme can be used in all types of growing media and with any system. The Plant Magic feed chart recommends a dose of 2ml per litre throughout the vegetative and flowering stages. For those who wish to reuse their substrate then a 10x dose can be used to soak the medium for 24-48 hours in order to fully break down any root matter and prepare it for another round.

Enzyme works well in most nutrient schedules and is designed to work best with the rest of the Plant Magic range of products such as Root Stimulant and Granules.
