All of our goods are sent in discreet, plain packaging. We only ever send parcels to the address you specify and inform all of our couriers to never leave them with a neighbour or in a safe place (unless you specify). This is to ensure the upmost security and peace of mind for all our customers.
UK Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving full payment for your goods. On rare occasions some items may be unavailable or take a little longer, should this be the case we will get in touch with you via the contact methods you provided to inform you of this delay.
For the majority of the products we sell we offer free carriage when you spend over £50. For orders below this value we charge £6.95.
Certain items are excluded from the free delivery shipping rate due to their size or weight and a surcharge will be added at checkout if these items are in your basket. This includes most growing media and larger products such as hydroponic systems or grow tents. For growing media we charge £7 for the first item and £3.50 for every subsequent one. For items that fall into the 'large/bulky' category we charge a flat rate of £29.95.
We use DHL for all of the parcels we send, this is a tracked service and delivery times are usually 08.00 and 19.00 (Mon - Fri). Please note as standard, someone will be required to take delivery of your goods at your address unless you specify otherwise with DHL. This can be done by clicking the tracking link sent to your email address when your goods are dispatched. If no one is in at the time of delivery, a card will be left or an email sent to you with details of how to rearrange your delivery.
Our courier will usually attempt to deliver your goods up to two times before returning them to us, should this happen and you still wish to receive them then a re-delivery charge will be payable before we can re-send them. This is the standard cost of delivery for these goods plus £10 to cover the costs DHL bill us for returning to sender. If you no longer require your goods then we will refund your order in full minus any shipping costs already incurred by us.
For larger orders or those which contain bigger hydroponic systems or multiple bags of growing media, we may opt to send your goods on a pallet to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery times are usually between 08.00 and 17.30 (Mon - Fri). A signature will be required upon delivery, so someone will need to be at the property. If no one is in at the time of delivery the pallet will be returned to the depot and we will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Please note that if you miss the initial delivery there will be a re-delivery charge payable before we can re-send your order.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and any other non-mainland UK locations an extra postage fee will be applied to your order depending on your exact address.
Northern Ireland/European Delivery
