Please see our terms relating to returns and refunds of any items purchased from us.

Change of Mind

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return your goods to us for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) within 30 days of you receiving them. All items must be returned to us in brand new and totally unused condition. If the item has been used, opened or shows any sign that would warrant it to not be classed as 'brand new' then we will not be able to accept the return. Upon receiving your goods back we will conduct our checks and once completed we will issue a refund to you by the method in which you paid within 3 working days.

If you wish to return an item then please ensure that you contact us before sending anything back so we can log the details as well as provide you with any information that may be needed in order to process it. Any return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

Alternatively you may return your goods to any of our stores if you prefer.

Damages

If your order arrives and any of the products are damaged or do not function as they should you must report it to us within 48 hours otherwise we will be unable to deal with the matter. This is the time-frame we must adhere to in order to process a claim with our courier service.

Depending on the exact issue you will be asked to provide evidence of the damages/fault (usually in the form of images or a video) or in some cases we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is required to be sent back to us we will arrange collection of it via a courier at a time which is suitable for you. We advise to get this done as quickly as possible so we can get your replacements sent out. Alternatively you may return your goods to any of our stores if you prefer.

Once we have received the evidence we request or the item has been returned back to us and tested, your replacements will be sent out. If an item is reported as faulty but upon return of it we find it to be working you will be charged for the return postage costs.
