Description

The AQUAvalve5 is used in all AutoPot Systems and controls the flow of water to your plants by simple gravity pressure from a water butt or tank. No pumps, mains water pressure, electricity or timers are required. Once installed and connected to the tank the AQUAvalve will open and allow water to fill the tray, to a pre-set level of 20mm. The AQUAvalve will not refill the tray until all the water has been used allowing the plant to go through a wet and dry cycle. The new and improved AQUAvalve5 now features a 66% larger inlet (5mm) than the previous version to ensure no chance of blockages even when using the thickest and gloopiest of nutrients! It is compatible with our 8mm Irrigation Pipe. Now supplied as standard on all AutoPot Systems.

  • How do I start the system once connected

    Hi there,

    When the AquaValve 5 is connected via pipework to a raised water butt the valve will allow water through until the float reaches its maximum setting. As water is uptaken by plants the valve will open to allow more water through to maintain the water level.
