Designed for the organic grower to safely lower the pH of the nutrient solution without risking any harm to microbes and other beneficials which can occur when using products such as Phosphoric Acid to alter the pH. Bio Down is an aqueous solution of citric acid, found naturally in citrus fruits. It designed to work perfectly with the BioBizz range as well as other organic brands.
How To Use BioBizz Bio pH Down
Always add pH Down to your reservoir or watering can after you have added in all of your other nutrients and additives (unless otherwise stated), this is because some of these products will effect the pH level. As all water is different there is no set amount to use, however BioBizz recommend 0.1ml per litre to lower the pH by 0.5. Slowly add Bio Down, mix throughly and keep testing using a pH meter until your desired level is reached.
