Lighting control at your fingertips! The new and improved Gen 2 Master Controllers are the ultimate solution for centrally controlling 'e-Series' units in multi-light grow rooms. Accurately control the timings of up to 1000 lights with advanced options such as sunrise/sunset, temperature-based auto dimming and even ventilation fan control!

How It Works

The Master Controller allows you to control a vast amount of lights without the need for external timers. The simple to use unit The units will accurately switch your lights on and off based on your timing schedule. They also offer a sunrise/sunset feature that gradually ramps the light output up and down to mimic nature. With the EL2 version you can also independently control 2 rooms from the same controller!

One of the most important and valued features of the Master Controller is the temperature safety features. Your lamps will automatically dim when your climate control is no longer able to maintain the correct temperature. Or will even shut down your lamps when a maximum temperature is reached. This feature can literally save crops!

The Gen 2 Controller features improved and expanded functionality over the previous version. These include event logging, a volatile memory to store user settings and the ability to set different periods for the sunrise and sunset. The EL2 version can now have 2 overlapping light cycles over 2 rooms (for example 12/12 in one and 18/6 in another) The 'F' version we offer also has the ability to control EC fans directly from the unit and AC fans with the EFM1 Module (sold separately). 

Both units work with the EC1M module that allows the control and switching of auxiliary equipment such as heaters or dehumidifiers.

How To Use The Gavita Master Controller Gen 2

The Master Controllers are extremely easy to set-up. The two-line green OLED display is sharp and easy to read, even in a high light intensity environment, and all menu items are in plain text. The 4-button control of the menu system is intuitive. A special fifth button is added to directly set the output of your fixtures. Red and blue light alerts show you the output status of your controller ports and give you a quick view of any errors. The unit is supplied with all the cables you need to get going and all e-Series fixtures come with the required lead to connect and daisy chain to the controller.
