Hesi PK 13/14
Hesi PK 13/14 will correct the pH of your solution. Plants have an increased need for phosphorus and potassium during the flowering phase. Hesi PK 13/14 will completely fill this need. The metabolism of your plants will be working to their full potential, where large amounts of enzymes are being produced for flowering. The plants essentially get bigger and therefore become more demanding.
How it works
When growing hydroponically with coco, your feeding water will require a certain pH value, this is usually around pH 6 or between 5.8-6.2. Hesi PK 13/14 will correct the pH of your solution. The feeding water determines the root environment because the hydroponic mediums are neutral and only give supports to the roots, they cannot store the nutrient particles. Soil is able to store nutrients and distribute them to the plant over several days, during which the pH value in the soil itself decreases.
In order to absorb all nutrients maximally, the pH value of the water must be optimal. The feeding water in hydro and coco systems run along the roots and must contain all substances in the correct concentration for the plants. A low pH can cause roots to be damaged, if the pH is too high the plant cannot absorb all nutritional components.
How to use Hesi PK 13/14
Hesi recommend that you use Hesi PK 13/14 from the second half of the flowering phase up to one week before the end of the cycle. This will ensure the plant is not unnecessarily loaded with ballast or an excess of salt too early.
The dosage is then slowly increased over the last few weeks of flowering. The Hesi Feed Chart recommends use during weeks 4-7 of flowering at a rate between 2.5-15ml/L, please check the feed chart for more detailed dosages.
