Granules help to improve nutrient uptake for all-round better plants. When used during propagation it will speed up rooting times and the success rate in seeds and cuttings.

How It Works

Oldtimer Granules contains various mycorrhizae alongside bio-stimulants. These include Endomycorrhiza Glomus, Bacillus, Pseudomonas and Trichoderma species, all proven for their effectiveness in aiding the root zone. These microorganisms populate the root zone and roots themselves, making the overall environment better. You will see an increase in your overall root mass, this results in faster growing, heavier yielding plants. Plus the more roots the better the nutrient uptake! Your plants will also be more resistant to stress and disease situations. Granules are very effective for young plants such as seedlings and cuttings. A single dose will dramatically speed up rooting times.

How To Use Plant Magic Oldtimer Granules

Granules are applied directly to your growing medium and not the nutrient solution. For the best results it is important that as much of the powder as possible comes into contact with the roots. Plant Magic recommend using 1 tablespoon (15 grams) per 10L of growing medium when potting up. Simply make a hole in your growing that your plant will be planted into and even spread the granules around. For the propagation stage a healthy dose in and around the medium is perfect as an initial boost which can then be followed up with the above recommendation when the plant is fully rooted and ready to transplanting.

We highly recommend using Ecothrive Neutralise with Oldtimer Granules. Neutralise will remove harmful contaminants such as chlorine from your water which is particularly important when using organic products such as this.

Oldtimer Granules works well with most growing medium where it can stay in contact with the root zone (soil, coco etc). Combine with other additives from the Plant Magic range such as Root Stimulant and Enzyme for even better results.
